Each individual may hold only one oxoplay account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — will be suspended, and any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
All transactions on oxoplay are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). oxoplay supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Payments section of these Terms.
All oxoplay bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns will result in bonus cancellation.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated bots or scripts, money laundering, and any behaviour that manipulates game outcomes are strictly prohibited on oxoplay. Violations will result in account suspension and reporting to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
oxoplay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of oxoplay after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your oxoplay account. oxoplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
All financial transactions on the oxoplay platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). oxoplay does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to change at oxoplay's discretion.
oxoplay does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which oxoplay bears no responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction in your account dashboard.
Funds deposited into your oxoplay account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. oxoplay is not a financial institution, and deposits do not constitute a savings or investment arrangement of any kind.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the oxoplay account dashboard. oxoplay processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Standard processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within ten (10) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days. These timeframes are estimates and may be extended in cases where additional identity verification is required.
oxoplay reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly where anti-money laundering obligations apply. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed.
From time to time, oxoplay may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to: eligible games, wagering requirements (turnover conditions), minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions on bonus winnings.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion with other players, or placing hedging bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
oxoplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games available on the oxoplay platform are provided by licensed game developers including JILI, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between oxoplay's general Terms and a game's specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game's operation.
Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology to ensure that all outcomes are random and unbiased. Live dealer games are operated by trained professional dealers in monitored studio environments. oxoplay does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that prevents a fair outcome from being determined, oxoplay reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any oxoplay content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oxoplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game software. oxoplay's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your oxoplay account at the time the claim arises.
The oxoplay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. oxoplay makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.
oxoplay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the oxoplay Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the oxoplay platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. oxoplay complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to oxoplay's customer support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution channels under PAGCOR's framework for licensed online gaming operators.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
