oxoplay operates primarily within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to recipients located outside the Philippines — for example, to a game provider whose servers are located abroad — oxoplay will ensure that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards consistent with NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers, including contractual clauses that impose equivalent data protection obligations on the recipient.
